Refund Policy
All payments made for access to QuantPrep services are final and non-refundable. Once access to the service is granted, no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including:
- Partial periods of use.
- Unused features of the service.
Exception for Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the services, you may contact us within 7 days of your purchase. After reviewing your case, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a resolution such as extended access or a refund.
No Cooling-Off Period
By purchasing access, you acknowledge that the service is delivered immediately upon payment. Therefore, the right to a cooling-off period under applicable EU consumer law does not apply.
